Parade of Homes 2020: Tour the Latest Home Design Trends
Each year, the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) organizes the Parade of Homes. 2020 marks the 67th year for this spectacular event. SMRS Design, in collaboration with Urban Perch Homes, is proud to announce our brilliantly-designed property, Il Fenice, is featured in this year’s parade at 1252 Via Del Mar.
WHO IS THE GREATER ORLANDO BUILDERS ASSOCIATION (GOBA)?
Founded in 1953, the Greater Orlando Builders Association serves Central Florida’s construction industry throughout Seminole, Orange, and Osceola counties. With over 700 members, GOBA represents and promotes the area’s vibrant housing and building community, encouraging higher standard practices in design and construction.
GOBA creates opportunities for its members to come together, fostering an environment of cooperation and creativity within the industry. The organization’s Parade of Homes is a wonderful representation of such an opportunity.
THE 67TH ANNUAL PARADE OF HOMES ORLANDO
The 2020 Parade of Homes Orlando features 65+ of the leading home designs and builds throughout Central Florida. This free event is open to the public from Saturday, July 18th through Sunday, July 28th.
Despite the challenges of 2020, this year’s Parade of Homes is still on—with some minor differences from years past. Throughout the week, guests can take self-guided tours through some of the area’s most stunning properties. Rest assured, all Parade of Homes participants have taken extra safety measures to comply with all local and state healthcare guidelines in response to COVID-19.

You will see a range of properties from new homes to whole-house renovations to specialty remodeling. Parade of Homes features innovations in design, trends in interior style, cutting edge energy efficiency, vibrant outdoor living spaces and pool design, and so much more.
